She will show you what love really feels like. Not the half-love you’ve known. Not the love that fades when times get tough, or when someone new comes along. Instead, she will love you consistently, patiently, willingly, and fearlessly through the ups and downs. She won’t pull away. She won’t run.…

She will be strong enough to demand equal treatment from you, and strong and self-confident enough to return it back to you.
She will be the North to your South-facing compass. She will be the hot to your cool. She will be the silence to your voice. She will balance you. She will keep you grounded, yet free.
Whenever we’re apart, I can’t stop thinking about you.
I can’t wait to make even more memories with you
You are my forever and always.
There’s nowhere else I’d rather be than with you.
You have made me an incredibly happier, better person.
In this world of superficial love, of temporary love, of surface love, I promise to be real. I promise to be stubborn for us when we consider pulling apart. I promise to choose you, even on our bad days. I promise to believe in us, even when the world leans us towards the direction of giving up. We…
I will stand by you. I will support you. I will fight for you. I will be the body that holds yours up when you’ve lost the strength to stand. I will be what you need when you’re broken. I will nurse you back to full strength and I will keep you focused. I promise to keep you from as much pain as…
I will share with you the good and the bad, the silly and the important. I will be timid, but I will show you myself. I will show you my soul. Like a flower, I will open for you. Petals to the warm sun, I will open. If you let me.

When I kiss you, I’ll kiss all of me onto your lips. I’ll kiss you with heart, with passion. I’ll kiss you like no other woman has. I promise you’ll see the difference.
I won’t rush our beginning. I will take my time getting to know you piece by piece, layer by layer. I will ask you about all the little things first. I will become your friend. I will listen to your stories and laugh at your jokes; I will tell you tiny bits of who I am, so that we begin to really…
I’m not afraid to love you more because love is too beautiful to set rules and boundaries, to put restrictions on when and where and how much. I’m not afraid to love you more because there’s no definition that can capture what it means to hold someone else’s heart in your hands, to feel their body…
If I fall in love with you, I promise to always be the last goodnight kiss, the last text in our conversation, the last voice lingering on the telephone, making sure you hang up first.
She has started to smile when her path is spinning to laugh when life grabs at her ankles pulling like dead weight. She has started to trust in the ways of the world to release her hold on what she cannot control heartache, hurt, change. She has started to realize that her body is beautiful, her…
My poor heart is tired. Yet it keeps on beating. And so I will follow its rhythm, let it guide me home.
She is learning to pull faith from the wind, breathe it in and set her worries free.
