Melora Walters (born October 21, 1960) is an American actress. She made her screen debut in a small role in the 1989 film Dead Poets Society, and appeared in subsequent films including Cabin Boy (1994), Hard Eight (1996), Boogie Nights (1997), Magnolia (1999), Desert Saints (2002), Cold Mountain (2003), The Butterfly Effect (2004), Hurt (2009), Short Term 12 (2013), and The Lovers (2017). On television, Walters starred as Wanda Henrickson in the HBO drama series Big Love from 2006 to 2010.
