Nicole Fiscella (born September 15, 1979) is an American actress and model, of Indian and St Lucian ancestry, who rose to fame through the book-based TV series Gossip Girl as Isabel Coates. 2Biography 3Early life Fiscella, who has a younger brother, Chaz George Fiscella, was born in Lenox Hill Hospital Manhattan, New York, and is the daughter of two doctors. Fiscella was also in the All-State Jazz Choir with world-renowned director and political activist, Jim Augustine. 3Career Fiscella started modeling in 2005, under New York Model Management. She has appeared on the covers of various beauty and fashion magazines, including Elle and Cosmopolitan, as she has also featured in campaigns for Pantene and GAP Body. Fiscella starred in the role of Isabel Coates, a "friend"/sidekick of Blair Waldorf and a part of the insider clique in The CW's Gossip Girl in March 2007. Fiscella as Coates has featured in 14 out of 18 episodes of the first season. She returned for the remainder of the series of Gossip Girl, through 2012.
