“I think anyone who knows me knows this to be true: I fight unbelievably hard for people I love and care about. Sometimes it conflicts with people's opinions of the way I should lead my life. But if there's one thing I've never regretted it's following my heart and standing up for the people I believe in. And I think that's the core of who I am. While I value the people who don't say 'I told you so,' in the moments maybe my judgment was clouded by love, I too value looking at myself in the mirror and knowing every choice I've made up to this point in my life was my doing. It was me choosing exactly what I wanted regardless of popular opinion.”
