“Anyone that hate me, I wish you success. I wish you look in the mirror and ask yourself why you suppressed feelings of self-hatred that you want project on me?”
About This Quote
In this lyric, Logic makes it clear that he's on another level. People that hate him? He loves them and wishes them success. And more than success he wants the haters to seek out psychological help and help them heal through therapy, realizing that their obsession with hating on him actually stems from hatred they have for themselves. Aristotle might call this magnanimity; basically a generosity that only the most powerful and amazing people can have because they are so much higher up in the world than others, that they can afford acts of great compassion and empathy.
