Thank you for the light that cradles the horizon, thank you for the dark it holds on its back. Thank you for the family that anchors me to the South, thank you for the slow drawl that is coaxed out of my mouth. Thank you for the wanderlust that brought us all together, thank you for the ears that listened. I am home now, but I don’t believe I brought all the pieces of me back this time.
