Ian Stokes is an Irish FIFA-level soccer referee from Dublin. An experienced League of Ireland official, he took charge of the 2005 FAI Cup Final at Lansdowne Road, Dublin. He has also taken charge of one of the semi-finals of the 2007 Setanta Sports Cup. At international level, Stokes refereed one UEFA Euro 2008 qualifier.
