Jamelle Bouie (born April 12th, 1987) is an American journalist and columnist for The New York Times. He was formerly chief political correspondent for Slate Magazine. According to the Columbia Journalism Review, Bouie is "one of the defining commentators on politics and race in the Trump era." 2Life and career Bouie was born in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
