Kelvin Yu (Chinese: 游朝敏; born 1979) is a Taiwanese American actor who began his television and film career with a recurring role as Freddy Gong on the WB series Popular. 2Early life and Background Kelvin Yu was born to Yu Ming-chuan and Lin Ling-juan.
