Phoebe Harriet Dynevor (born 17 April 1995) is an English actress. She began her career as a child actress, starring in the BBC One school series, Waterloo Road as Siobhan Mailey (2009–2010), and later appeared in Prisoners' Wives (2012–2013) and Dickensian (2015–2016). She made her American debut with a recurring role in the TV Land comedy-drama Younger, and later starred in the Sony Crackle crime series, Snatch (2017–2018).
