Slim Jxmmi

Aaquil Ibinshaman Brown (born December 29,1991), better known by his stage name Slim Jxmmi, is an American rapper and songwriter. He is one half of the hip hop duo Rae Sremmurd with his brother Swae Lee. 2Life and Career Jxmmi was Born in Inglewood, California on December 29, 1991. He was raised in Tupelo, Mississippi, where he started making music with his brother Swae Lee and local rapper Lil Pantz as "Dem Outta St8 Boyz". In 2013, he and Swae signed with Mike Will Made-It's label EarDrummers Entertainment as Rae Sremmurd. Since then they have released two studio albums under EarDrummers, SremmLife and SremmLife 2. On January 29, 2018, Mike Will Made-it announced that Jxmmi is working on his debut solo album, Jxmtro. On March 1, 2018 Jxmmi released the single Brxnks Truck. This release was followed by the second lead single Chanel which was released on April 5, 2018. On May 4, 2018 the triple disk album SR3MM was released which includes Jxmmi's debute solo project Jxmtr
