Tarfia Faizullah

Tarfia Faizullah (born 1980) is a Bengali American poet. She won a 2009 Cohen Award. Her book, Seam won the 2014 Crab Orchard Series in Poetry Open Competition Awards. 2Life She was born in 1980 in Brooklyn, New York City and raised in West Texas. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University.
