If JavaScript is turned off or bots deliberately prevent JavaScript from running, all of those measurement technologies that rely on JavaScript to collect data would not have any data to interpret. How many measurement vendors disclose what portion of their data is not measurable? How much of their data or the answers they provide is simply false?

Technology can be tricked or defeated. Good guys’ technology will always be playing catch-up with the bad guys’ technology. When they do catch up, the hackers will always find new workarounds because that’s what they do – they hack.”
