It actually has 2 other titles - "Highs and Lows" and "I Be" and appears on his 2009 mixtape Dream On (which also isn't on spotify, I believe). I feel as though song, like so many of his other songs, not only talks about drugs, but also depression - using weed to cope with mental illness.
