Burton Leon "Burt" Reynolds (born February 11, 1936) is an American actor, director, producer and former college football player. He began acting on television, and made his breakout film role in Deliverance (1972). Reynolds went on to star in a number of films, including The Longest Yard (1974), Smokey and the Bandit (1977), Without A Paddle and Boogie Nights. 2Early life Reynolds is the son of Fern H.
