Dean Norris

Dean Joseph Norris (born April 8, 1963) is an American actor. He portrayed DEA agent Hank Schrader on the AMC series Breaking Bad (2008–2013) and town councilman James "Big Jim" Rennie on the CBS series Under the Dome (2013–2015). Norris has appeared in films such as Lethal Weapon 2 (1989), Hard To Kill (1990), Total Recall (1990), Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991), Starship Troopers (1997), The Cell (2000), Little Miss Sunshine (2006), Evan Almighty (2007), and Sons of Liberty (2015). 2Early life Norris was born in South Bend, Indiana, the son of Rosemarie "Rosie" (née Lacay; 1934–2012) and furniture store owner Jack B. Norris (1930–2008). His mother was born in South Bend to a Hungarian immigrant couple, while his father was born in Chicago, Illinois, where he lived for one year until moving to South Bend. Norris has two sisters named Connie and Nikie. He graduated from Clay High School in 1981, where he says he was a straight-A student and class valedictorian. While in high school, he had a role on his city's local sketch show Beyond Our Control. He is a 1985 graduate of Harvard College, where he majored in social studies.
