I am a writer with clinical depression and anxiety. I write poetry, quotes, and prose about my own experiences with mental illness, depression, anxiety, love, loss, and the bittersweet feelings that come with being human. I also love writing on the subjects of hope, healing, and self-love with the dream that I may inspire, understand and bring therapy to those who also suffer from mental illness.
