“Ideally, an individual should get 7-8 hours of proper sleep. However, many-a-times in the bid to complete work assignments we tend to stay up late and wake up early. Thus, we throw our body clock out of rhythm. Stress and unhealthy eating habits also gives rise to sleep problems and insomnia. When we try to get back to a proper sleep schedule, it is difficult to do so almost immediately.”
