Valerie Still (born 1961) is a former United States professional women's basketball player with the Washington Mystics of the WNBA. During her four years at the University of Kentucky, she scored more points than any other basketball player, male or female, with 2,763 points. Afterwards she went abroad, playing in Italy for 12 years (last team Famila Schio). During that time, she earned an Italian National Basketball Championship. In 1995, she married Rob Lock, also a former University of Kentucky basketball player. They met while Still was interviewing his teammate on her television program in Italy.
