I believe that it is worth the effort to try affirming the best rather than rehearsing the worst.
The only reason we have come to life in a physical body is to work for and serve the true self within.
Breath is the gift of grace. As long as we have it, we have the divine opportunity to go it again.
If you are on the path to self-awareness and personal growth, criticism can provide you with very profound insights.
Affirmations are a positive step toward bringing into your existence all that you need and want.
Beloveds, when you're with someone in pain, your presence is enough.
When you know where you are going, the universe will clear a path for you.
Own everything you create, internally and externally. Acknowledge every emotion for exactly what it is, a part of you.
If we want others to speak well of us, we must first think well of ourselves.
My experiences have taught me that service, doing what you love, has rewards that money cannot buy.
The real joy in giving comes when we give what we have spontaneously, with no reason other than for the joy of giving.
Keep your purpose in mind, trust the guidance you receive, have faith in your ability and accept all that comes your way.
When you own what you feel, you are empowered to make a conscious choice about how to change the feeling.
When moving in truth and righteousness, one must know that the best will manifest.
When you give yourself over to acts of love, passionately spending your time giving of yourself, you never lack for the things that you need.
We are, to ourselves, the most valuable possession we have.
Trust what your inner self feels, sees and says.
Beneath all the pain, the disappointment, the resentment and fear, there is love. Celebrate the love that you buried in your heart.
We must value our ideas, our energy, our time and our life to a degree that we become unwilling to waste who we are.
