You must be willing to release worn-out thoughts, habits, and situations in order to receive the information Spirit will bring to you.
Spirituality is reliance on your internal universe as the vehicle to carry you through the journey of life.
Spirituality is not about what you know. It is about growing, deepening, evolving, and becoming a living reflection of your spiritual identity.
We have an unlimited capacity to love. The only thing that limits our capacity to love are the conditions we place on loving.
Encourage yourself, support yourself, and celebrate every little thing about yourself.
Never underestimate your own need, ability, or power to effect change in your life. Be willing to grow. Be willing to learn. Be willing to heal.
Prayer is like planting a seed. Don't dig it up to see how it is doing! Pray for it. Release it by giving thanks.
Releasing our concerns to higher forces is an act of humility. If you have nothing to ask for, praise and thanksgiving are enough.
The Creator has placed at our disposal a wealth of natural energies that are useful healing tools. We need only ask, and help is there.
Never allow what you are looking at to determine what you believe. Always allow your spiritual eyes to take you beneath the surface.
What looks like a failure teaches us what not to do, what does not work. We have lessons to learn from our experiences.
Never allow what you can see with your eyes to lure you into the belief that there is nothing more. There is more to life than meets the eye.
When we give our bodies to another being, we are giving them a piece of our souls. Take the time to find out if they deserve it.
You have the right to say no. Your no muscle has to be built up. The more you say no, the more it comes naturally.
God's goal is for you to be the best you can be with what you have been given and to share what you do with the world.
Nothing is ever as it seems. What looks bad today, can be a blessing tomorrow.
When you are appreciative, you get more to appreciate.
When you work to obtain greater awareness, knowledge and understanding of yourself, you are working for God.
It is okay to be vulnerable, because when you are vulnerable, you are innocent. Innocence is our gift from God.
