Speak your mind when necessary, but do it with respect and in love.
Admit your mistakes without beating yourself up. Release all shame! You cannot live if you are hiding behind what was.
Emotions erupt to remind us we are alive, that we are human. And to let us know we are growing.
Learning to relax and conserve your natural energies is one of the greatest gifts you can offer life.
Do not be afraid to experience your emotions; they are the path to your soul. Trust yourself enough to feel what you feel.
How can we expect life to bless and support when we say one thing, think something else, and feel a completely different way.
Strengthening our inner connection to God strengthens our inner connection to all things.
Support yourself with kind thoughts, loving words, and self-empowering acts.
Even on the spiritual path, things are not always going to be rosy. There will be difficult situations, bad days, and hard times along the way.
Nothing is separate from anything else; the connective consciousness of life is everywhere.
You do not have to do anything special to get love. The only thing that is ever required of you is to be who you are and feel good about it.
Meditation is a practice which enables us to tune in and fine-tune the key areas of our lives: the mind and the spirit.
What you know in your soul will bring you peace. Be still and know. Be still and listen.
You know that prayer can get you into places you can't; prayer changes things. Even better, prayer changes people, and people change things. So go ahead and pray.
We are blessed with a wonderful gift called intuition. Unfortunately it won't work unless we pay attention to it!
When we believe we are losing control, we grab on tight. Learn to let go. You can live through any adversity if you simply let go.
Gratitude is like a magnet; the more grateful you are, the more you will receive to be grateful for.
Prayer and affirmation and other time-honored spiritual practices are the actions taken in the process of changing one's life. When embraced and mastered they can and will alter your brain and change your mind.
It is the patterns of thought that define our behaviors, assumptions, and expectations, they become the foundation for our understanding of how the world works and what we can/ will/do expect from others.
