Here's what happened, I was in New York, I ran into Josh, he made me feel warm inside like glitter was exploding inside me, then I moved here. I did not move here because of Josh because that would be crazy and I am not crazy.

Aline Brosh McKenna
Aline Brosh McKenna (born August 2, 1967) is a French-born American screenwriter and producer. She is known for writing The Devil Wears Prada (2006), 27 Dresses (2008), Morning Glory (2010) and We Bought a Zoo (2011), and for co-creating The CW's Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. 2Early life Brosch was born to a Jewish family in France and moved with her family to New Jersey, where she lived variously in Fort Lee, Demarest and Montvale, and attended Saddle River Day School in Saddle River. She graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University. 2Career After graduating, McKenna moved to New York City to seek a job in publishing. While there, she did some freelance writing work.A script she wrote during a six-week course in screenwriting at New York University helped her get an agent, and, in 1991, she moved to Los Angeles. By age 26, she had sold a comedy feature and a television pilot, and continued to write a number of feature and television scripts. She also wrote an episode of Margaret Cho's sitcom All American Girl. However, it would be eight years until her first movie, 1999's Matthew Perry-Neve Campbell romantic comedy Three to Tango, was produced. In 2004, she wrote Laws of Attraction, starring Pierce Brosnan and Julianne Moore. She adapted Lauren Weisberger’s novel The Devil Wears Prada into the 2006's film of the same name, directed by David Frankel and starring Meryl Streep in a performance that would bring her 14th Academy Award nomination, Anne Hathaway and Emily Blunt. Though her first two produced features were both romantic comedies, McKenna has reiterated that The Devil Wears Prada is not, and has instead described it as 'competence porn', noting: 'The real love story is, she ends up with that newspaper, having understood the world better and having understood her naiveté better'. The film earned McKenna a BAFTA nomination for Best Adapted Screenplay. She wrote Katherine Heigl-starrer 27 Dresses in 2008.Her next produced movie was 2010's Morning Glory, starring Rachel McAdams, Harrison Ford and Diane Keaton, followed shortly after by 2011's adaptation I Don't Know How She Does It, with Sarah Jessica Parker and Pierce Brosnan. McKenna has jokingly referred to The Devil Wears Prada, Morning Glory and I Don't Know How She Does It as 'The Blackberry 3', a thematically-linked trio of films featuring women who see their Blackberries more than they see their own families. In the same year, McKenna wrote Cameron Crowe's We Bought a Zoo, an adaptation of the novel of the same name by Benjamin Mee.In 2014, she wrote the musical comedy-drama Annie, directed by Will Gluck and with Quvenzhané Wallis in the title rol
Uh, it's the sexy getting-ready song The sexy getting-ready song I'm primpin' and pluckin' I'm brushin' and rubbin'
Greg: Wait, so you left a job in New York to live near the beach? We're four hours from the beach - people say two, but those people are dumb. Rebecca: Yeah, but it's such a great place. I mean, the motto is 'Live, Work, Play.' Greg: We have a motto?
Darryl: Everybody here calls me Chief. Rebecca: Okay, so I should address you as Chief? Darryl: I wish you'd get it started, cuz no one's really doing it.
Greg: You're pretty, and you're smart, and you're ignoring me, so you're obviously my type. Rebecca: I'm sorry, what were you saying? Greg: Perfect.
Rebecca: I'm sorry, I'm Jewish. Darryl: Really? Rebecca: Yeah, but it's okay. Darryl: I honestly had no idea. That is a tiny nose - it's like a button!
Valencia: I actually don't have a lot of girlfriends. The last time I had a solid crew was in high school, but then they all got jealous because I got these amazing boobs, and they were still trolls, and so they spread all these rumors that I, like, slept with the English teacher. Rebecca: No!…
I always wanted a daughter. My kids are not daughters, they're terrible. I'll tell you about it later - or now.
A true friend is somebody who loves you no matter what. Even if your downward dog is horrible!
I wanna lock you in a basement, but in that basement you would also be my personal trainer. I want your abs! Break into your mom's house, collect your baby teeth and turn then into my new retainer. I want your smile! Cook your spit into a chowder, dry your sweat into a powder and do lines of you all…
I wanna kill you and wear your skin like a dress, but then also have you see me in the dress and be like, 'O.M.G., you look so cute in my skin!'
I've decided to eat my feelings, and it turns out my feelings are pork rinds, whoopie pies, mac and cheese... Yeah, I'm going full-on Cathy cartoon.
Rebecca: Well, if it isn't Mr. 'I can't come to your party, because I have a bunch of complicated reasons. I prob'ly have to buy more black clothing, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.' Greg: That's a long name I have. Polish?
Rebecca: Umm, my ovaries are eking out into my Fallopian tubes and they're wrapped around... Darryl: Okay, we'll see you when you're feeling better. Rebecca: Wow, men are stupid.
God, I'm an idiot. What am I even doing here? I got caught up in Bunchsanity again, I'm a moron!
Now, it's true, I'm not gay. I, Darryl Whitefeather, I like both sexes. I'm a bothsexual!
Valencia: I don't trust you as far as I can throw you, which is not far because you eat bagels after 8 p.m. Rebecca: Don't underestimate the joy of a midnight bagel!
