Meditation is a practice which enables us to tune in and fine-tune the key areas of our lives: the mind and the spirit.
Spiritually, we are all family. We are all connected to the same Source by the rhythm of breath.
When I am alone and frightened, Faith is there. I am so grateful for the gift of Faith.
What you know in your soul will bring you peace. Be still and listen. Be still and know.
The strength you need, the answer you want, the solution you seek is around you. Turn to the infinite power within yourself.
When we are alone, we have an opportunity to get in touch with, to talk to and be guided by our power source. Spirit.
First, eliminate fear, anger and imbalance in your life. Then you can move forward to create the changes needed in the world.
Life is a series of mysteries we must each unravel at our own pace. Our task is not to solve the mysteries but to use them.
Obstacles and challenges will not stop, yet you can see them in a different light, a sense of knowing everything in life is purposeful.
A true teacher is one who makes you aware of what you already have and encourages you to use it.
Take more time to listen to your heart, filtering through all the offerings that come in.
Forgiveness leads to a shift in perception. It transforms the hurt into healing.
The key to any spiritual process is your mind. You must be willing to surrender your ego to a higher spiritual force.
If you want to free yourself from the harshness of the world, clear harsh thoughts from your mind.
The words we use in our affirmations create energy that will influence the tide of our life.
When we resist or avoid looking at ourselves, the universe will hold up a mirror, making denial impossible.
You have a connection to the Divine Mind, the power source of the world. It is called breath.
When we close any portion of our minds we close off a part of the world.
Don't attack your problems. Face them, confess them, understand what they are. That is the process.
